Closing One Chapter and Opening Another
The Wonderfund was able to be part of a critical moment in one 8th grade student’s life. We are so happy that we were able to make his final year of middle school a memorable one. This student’s family couldn’t afford to send him on his school’s field trips or his school’s 8th Grade Night, a night of celebration for all the 8th graders’ accomplishments. With the Wonderfund’s help, this 8th grade boy was able to participate in all these fun activities and festivities. He was able to create lasting memories with his classmates as they completed middle school. The Wonderfund is honored to have been a part of his milestone moments. We wish him the best as he starts the new chapter of life: high school!
Play Ball!
The Wonderfund is all about creating moments that matter. One such moment involves a boy named Noah who dreamed of one day playing pro-baseball. He had a clear passion for the sport and wanted to play on a baseball team. The only problem was that he needed to baseball glove and his family just couldn’t afford one. Luckily, the Wonderfund was able to step up and provide a baseball glove to Noah. We could not think of anyone more deserving of a baseball glove than Noah, a boy dedicated to the sport. We’re rooting for Noah out on the baseball field and hope his future is filled with teammate camaraderie, home runs, and cherished memories.
Both families were extremely grateful, and I was too, to provide these gifts to such deserving families.
