This month, in conjunction with The Shah Foundation, The Wonderfund facilitated a game-changing waiting room renovation at the Plymouth Department of Children and Families (DCF). These waiting rooms are the place where kids and parents can comfortably connect in a safe and cozy environment. A huge thanks to the Shah Foundation for working with us to update and renovate these rooms. This work is pivotal in allowing our dedicated Wonderfund team and volunteers to carry out our mission of working with children who have been impacted by trauma, abuse and neglect. and to help meet their individual needs but more importantly, ensure they find joy, hope and comfort in their lives.
