Gail Karagianis is Executive Vice President Merchandising for
HomeGoods/Homesense of The TJX Companies, Inc. Gail is a strategic and visionary leader who oversees a team of 150 merchants. She began her career at Jordan Marsh Department stores and gained experience in store management, operations, and buying. She then moved into buying at Marshalls. Over the past 30 years, she has held roles with increasing levels of responsibility across the organization working at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, AJ Wright and HomeGoods/Homesense. She served as a DVP Merchandise Manager, SVP General Merchandise Manager, and EVP of Merchandising and held positions across apparel, accessories, shoes, and home.
Additionally, Gail has been the co-sponsor of the Women’s Leadership Network at TJX for the past 10 years. Gail is involved in her community and mentors many people.
Gail was the first generation in her family to attend college, graduating Boston University with a BA in psychology and a minor in business. She is fluent in Greek.
