My Gym offers Wonderfund Access Card families 50% off monthly memberships and $150 off birthday parties! Please read the details below.
How to Use Your Access Card
For Monthly Memberships – Parents can register their foster children ages 1 month to 10 years old here. Please be sure that you are signing up for the correct location.
Please visit or call your My Gym location to receive the code for 50% off memberships.
You must present your Wonderfund Access Card and a valid photo ID upon arrival.
For Birthday Parties – Birthday party packages can be purchased online here. Be sure to select your preferred location when scheduling.
Please visit or call your My Gym location to receive the code for $150 off birthday parties.
