How to Access the Offer
For Discounted Monthly Membership – Parents can register their foster children ages four (4) months to twelve (12) years online here.
At checkout use the code WFMMA50 to get 50% off monthly tuition.
The discounted rate will be locked in for the length of your child’s enrollment.

Parents must show their Wonderfund Access Card and a valid ID on their first visit.
For a Discounted Awesome Birthday Bash – Families must call 508-533-9405 to book the Bash, and the discount will be applied on the checkout day of the event.
Parents are required to present their Wonderfund Access Card and a valid ID at the birthday event.
