Matt Donovan is Vice President of Public Sector Consulting at Accelare.
In this role, Matt leads consulting and advisory teams with government and nonprofit organizations to improve programs, strengthen operations, and help organizations better serve their communities. His experience spans strategic planning, organizational change, customer experience, and business process improvement, with a focus on helping mission-driven organizations navigate complex challenges. Matt believes that lasting impact comes from thoughtful leadership, strong partnerships, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
As a teenager, Matt worked as a camp counselor and sailing coach and saw first-hand the positive impact of summer camp for children – building confidence, self-reliance, and lasting friendships.
Matt and his wife Laura have two daughters and are active in their community across the South Shore.
